    First of all, let me compliment you on your blog project (we are in the same class).

    Secondly, I could not agree with you more. It never ceases to appall me that allegedly grown adults will literally run people over (and leave them on the grown) in order to pursue a holiday deal. Then of course you have those that engage in fisticuffs over that TV that they MUST have. These very same adults would very likely reprimand their children for doing the same behavior in school (and they should).

    Whether it is intentional or not, the retail stores perpetuate this behavior by having deals that start earlier each year. Soon, there will be “Black Friday” deals on Halloween night.

    The only true way to stop this is to speak with your wallet. People should boycott Thanksgiving/Black Friday shopping. As long as people shop, the mobs will never stop.
